Legal stuff for which we don't think a battery of lawyers is all that necessary or to waste alot of your time.

Use common sense and have some integrity. OK?

We do our part.

Unlike some other BBS', which shall go nameless, we do not allow Private Messages thru this BBS.

Why?

Here are a few reasons. If you can think of any more let us know and we just might add them in.

1) We don't want people accusing us or catching us READING member' Private Messages.

2) We don't really care what you think of us especially if you want to express that Privately.

3) You may freely proclaim our virtues and coolness or slam us anytime you want and because there
is no Private Messaging thru the BBS we save bandwidth, disk space, performance and it's on your dime
and with your Email resources.

Us?

We promise not to give your Private Information to anyone, unless of course a government law
enforcement entity shows up with a Court Order. In that case, we will, because we don't want to go to
jail over something you did or said. Besides, we don't look very good in chromium steel.
